ideas for aquascapiong a low tech planted tank

I currently have a 125 gallon 60x18x24. I plan on having some driftwood and was thinking of planting the tank with java ferns a java moss. Any other ideas? This tank will also be housing a single manuelli pirahna. Any comments will be appreciated.

Anubias is another fern that might work.

Crypts possibly, depending on the lighting.

You can't go wrong with anubias, but the last time I checked they weren't ferns...
Maybe some floating plants as well.

I wouldn't fancy trimming plants in a tank housing a Piranha! Especially if I had any open wounds.
