Simple...put black substrate and just stick up a few Mazante limbs in it. Then only use one 1W LED bulb infront of the tank to ligh it while the room is dark.
Blow up that photo, and tape it to the back of your tank. Done in seconds.
No really, first two answers are on the mark. It's not a difficult scape.
Hard part is keeping it in a dark room so the surrounding light doesn't get in ruining the nighttime look.
I have a flexible led bubbler and wood from save on crafts if you take out the rocks and added more branches would look like what you want just need black background.
