i like the first scape better. i has good balance and once planted should have nice depth. but i do like how that larger lower piece of driftwood protrudes towards the front of the tank in the last scape
Nice! I haven't looked at the vid yet, but pic #4 is my favorite. I like the compositions best that have the base "roots" coming forward towards the viewer - they give a good feeling of depth. And I love the little curlicue spirals leading up & out of the tank. Fantastic pieces of wood!
I personally like #5. If it was me, I'd get some Java moss and spread it along the top of those roots so that it's half out of the water, then maybe get a small philodendron and plant it in the fork up at the top. Phils love being able to run most of their roots into water.
I like the base of number one best with the top of 4, however the top of 4 could easily be lost in plants or moss, so I'd extend the bottom over doing a fancy top.
