Any tips on my 5gallon shrimp tank?
I asked for this piece of wood from a LFS when they were soaking it for their own use and they were happy to agree. I imagined the wood positioned with one side along the back glass about 4" from the left side, coming out and right ending at the front right corner. Then sloping the substrate downward from the back left corner down to the front right corner, slightly burying the back left part of the wood. I imagined the wood kind of "humping" up out of the substrate. If I've remember anything from midnight hour reading about scaping, it's best to create a focal point by imagining the tank in thirds. This would put the "hump" of the wood on a "2/3" position and slightly deeper than center. In front of the wood, down to the front left corner I know I'm doing a carpet, probably HC is the way I'm leaning. Other than that I'm kind of at a loss. Any thoughts?
