Nugget's 4ft + ADA 60P

Hi guys.

Okay so a new thread for the new beginning. The 4ft tank was moved and was rescaped. But first. I bought one of my latest DIY stands for my 4ft and my 60P will go on the old stand. So my newest tank (60P) will go on my oldest stand and my oldest tank will go on my newest stand. You will soon see how these two tanks contrast with each other and still have so much in common.
I added leveling feet to the cabinets to make my life a bit easier when i have to level the thing out. The old cabinet had a bit of water damage at the base but was still strong as hell. So i decided to save the old cabinet and give it a new life. I modified the cabinet so it can hold my 60P. I drilled holes on both sides so my canister filter pipes and other cables can go straight into the cabinet. Ill update the progress as i go along.....but ill do a big reveal when both setups are finished.

Some specs of the tanks:

4ft (120x45x46 cm)
-ATI 54w t5 x6 (3x Grolux, 3x Aquastar 10000K)
-5kg CO2, SAGA regulator with Scape CO2 reactor.
-Vertex auto doser dosing scape ferts
-DIYADA style cabinet
-Filtration: tetratec ex1200 + eheim 2026
-Heating : Hydor inline heater

ADA 60P
-ADA 602 LED
-2kg CO2, SAGA regulator, inline CO2 automizer
-DIYADA style cabinet
-Filtration: cascade c1000

Some pics:

Last picture of scape

Destruction....

"New" cabinet....welcome home

Fixing and modifying the old cabinet to hold the 60P

Still busy painting

So after a few days of continuous working on the cabinets and tanks i can finally say that they are in place.
Just a few small things that i still need to install....
But ill let the pics tell the story.

First the mighty 4ft...

then came the finishing of the cabinet for the 60P

When the cabinet was dry, i carried it in and started on the 60P

And this is how the "Brothers" look next to each other

Great looking tanks!
Looking forward to watching the progress. Do you have a thread detailing the build of the stand(s)?
Also curious about how high you typically run your ATI fixture and do you tend to lower it as the plants fill in more and the tank matures or does it stay at that height?

Great tanks Nugget. Such a bummer that the CO2 tank doesnt fit in the cabinet?
