29 Gallon revival

Starting this journal for a tank that's been setup for almost 2 years but it's being changed.

Background:
Tank started without plants and after a couple months of learning about aquariums in general I discovered planted tanks and started to put plants in. Kept it for a year like that, dosing 1/2 of the EI regiment once a week for a while. Bringing us to now.

Specs:
Standard 29 gallon
Finnex planted+
Eheim 2213

Just switched the substrate to Eco complete with blasting sand on top, and did a major trim. Going for a sort of jungle. I'm about to start injecting co2. Just aquired a pressurized setup. Going to use an inline diffuser on my canister. I have some questions.

1. What's the ideal placement of the inline co2 diffuser? Return or intake hose?
2. Should I start doing the full EI fert dosing?
3. What range light am I in with the planted+ led fixture?
More questions later when I think of some.
A quick pic.

1. Return.
2. Yes(you could modify it to be less but ei is basically providing the tank with more than enough nutrients so you don't lack anything and then water changing to restart it)
3. Medium range(I think, its hard to find par data on this light that matches up but.. ULTIMATE PLANT LED: Finnex FugeRAY Planted+ LED ...coming soon )

Thanks.

More changes coming. Got a set of Lily pipes to add to my canister. I don't like the look of all my equipment in the tank. Inline heater is next on the list. Installing my co2 system today.

Inline diffuser in the return line, got it.now I need to figure out how to make a 4dkh solution for my drop checker.

Started trying to make a 4dkh solution from baking soda and distiller water. After mixing and testing and mixing and testing again and again. I got frustrated and knew that is was to much kh. Diluted and tested, again and again. Still too much. I decided to start over. I put 16 oz water and a pinch of baking soda, boom 4dkh. Got lucky.

Got my co2 system hooked up and running 1 bubble per second to start. Also got my lily pipes installed. Getting shipment of plants tomorrow. Going to start EI dosing again tomorrow. Pretty excited about the new gear though.

Here's an updated pic from the first day I began co2 injection and EI dosing. Also plant shipment came in. Will post an update in a week or so to see the growth progress.
