Anyway, great tank so far.

I run all 4 lights for 7-8 hrs. I recently just changed my bulbs (well I'm still waiting on one) and it increased my par from 60 to 90, so that has been a huge help in starting to get some color out of the plants.

Tithra, you have a PAR meter? Is it a hoppy one or one of the high end things?

I think its definitely coming along, and I wouldn't move what you have, just add a new plant species to the right side.

Finally got the last bulb I was waiting on. After changing out all 4 bulbs PAR went from 60 to 109! Amazing difference hoping this will get me reds colored up!

That's good to know, with your new info. This light has been hard to find solid info, some get pretty low par, some get pretty high. Reef or freshwater. Seems like the stock bulbs may be the inconsistency. I don't have any but don't have better either.

What bulbs did you go with it, maybe I missed it, but curious.

Yeah it's interesting....makes me want to buy new stock bulbs and test par on those because I didn't have my meter when those were new.

I got 2x giesemann middays, 1x aqua flora and 1x Red Sun

Nice start!

Anubias is on the darker side green than your other plants. It also has a different leaf shape than your current plants, so depending on how you integrated it, you could get some interesting contrast.

That's a great idea, I actually hadn't thought about using anubias!

Are you getting 109 PAR where the tips of the Pantanal are or the substrate? I know you were having issues with your pantanal getting red so curious as to how much PAR those tips are actually getting.

109 par at the substrate, can't remember what it is at the top of the tank off hand.

Pantanal continues to look better though.

I was on vacation for 4 days, the tank got co2 and light but no ferts. Came back to overgrown plants, a little BBA, and some sad and melty s. Repens. Here's a before/after trim shot:

Still haven't done anything with the right side of the tank. I have some ammania bonsai coming this week that I think will go in here, I'm also still considering how to possibly work in some anubias

What anubias you want? You could get a small piece of lava rock or something to place some anubias on, like how buce people do buces.

I'm not sure. I was actually thinking it might be neat to cover a long but slightly curved piece of driftwood in petites and then place it somehow as a row/street
