Well, I could not take it anymore and trimed both the Dwarf hair grass and Dwarf four leaf clover. I was seeing growth on both and trimming it makes it looks so much better now. Never having to do a trim before I didn't realize what a mess that could make, especially the hair grass.
Trimming dwarf hair grass is one of my least favorite thongs to do. It makes it easier if you get yourself a little siphon (like for a beta tank) and siphon right above where you clip that way the clippings get sucked up instead of floating around the tank.

How about planting a few pieces of regular hair grass in the very back on the left side ?
The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...
BMO, I was worried about the weight of big rocks in an aquarium setting. I was going to use Lava rock but could not find anything that I liked. Then I saw this Feather rock and right away said that this is the look I wanted. I picked up a rock and was amazed at how light it was. I purchased several stones and put them into a tank of water and a couple of the actually floated.
