Getting some good growth, little bit of brown algae but nothing too bad.

Did some maintenance today.

I am strongly considering getting a 16" Planted+ for my Mini-M, but I want to know how many inches the LED's are. Obviously, the body of the fixture is 16", but how many inches of that 16" is actaully the LED's? I ask because my 16" Fugeray has actually 12" worth of LED's, so it was probably a 12" fixture but put into a 16" body. If you don't mind measuring it for me on your fixture, that would be greatly appreciated!

LEDs go 14.5 inches, they're all the way to the plastic end caps.

That looks like its growing in nicely. Do you like the clarity of the glass for the extra price?
good luck...

Mowed the DHG, meant to trim the HC but somehow forgot. Tanks been running a month and i havent added any food but the snails are multiplying, eggs all over the glass now.

Also, i want to add shrimp soon but cant find OEBT locally, dont wanna trust shipping with the cold weather here. Think the amazonia will keep it cycled for a couple more weeks, or should i put a fish or 2 in?
