Alright guys a bit of an update! i was able to finish the stand, i added the two cross beams to the top, and i wrapped the stand in a black sheet. I also received the Sun Blaze 48" quad T5HO hydroponics light and i also attached the legs to hang the light from. Some of you may be saying to yourself, wow sean the stand and light looks great but where is the tank. Well i had to reseal it, but i used GE 1 100% silicone for plumbing, which i found out afterwards that that particular silicone has anti microbial and anti-mold chemicals in it, which turns out to my poisonous to fish. So im back to square one with the tank, i need to re-re-seal it. I need to scrape out all the silicone i just put in and get the correct silicone. Also, during the water test, the center brace let go and the tank was bowing like crazy, so i need to fix that also, i basically need to rebuild the entire tank.

all in due time... *sigh*

anyway...

Pictures!

Here is how i attached the poles to the stand:

and not to toot my own horn or anything, buuuuttttt
