Newly planted 20L

This is my new 20L. Currently running an AC30, DIY co2, two 24" shop lights and 40lbs of ecco. Not sure what the plants are. There is wisteria in the back corner, a sword I've had for about 6 months in low light, and the others I'm not sure of. The white spots on the driftwood in the back are air bubbles. I just put that piece in there. I've got two bolivian males, three ottos, and three scissor tails. I have an airstone feeding into the intake of the filter. My ladder diffuser will be here monday . I'm really debating whether or not to go pressurized.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments? I think the sword has to go. I have the other one just like it in my 20H krib tank. I think they are too big for a low tank like this. Can anyone id the red plants in front?

Thanks for looking!
