Baby Red wag plattys

Here are a few pics. I lost count at 15 babies. I was suprised when I saw them swimming with the other fish, and my other fish did not try to eat them.

haha. I had those fish once and ended up getting rid of them when I got tired of tons of babies every few weeks
You'll make good friends with your LFS for trade-ins, or if you have cichlids, you'll have good live food

Awesome! I found a couple Wag Platies in my 29g a couple months ago...mine grew pretty fast. I had not had my Platies 2 weeks before I found the 2 babies. Congrats!

fyi, it did take a while to get rid of the fish to the LFS, since they all want the fish to be at least 1" long or so. It can easily take a few months to get to the size they generally will accept.
