10 gallon planted tank help!

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum . Anyways I've been planning on doing a 10 gallon planted tank for quite awhile now. I did a iwagumi style hardscape in the tank and just letting the current one sit for a little bit to see how I like it etc. I'm kind of curious as to what you guys think would be good plants for this tank. I have a 10 watt LED floodlight which is supposed to be equivalent to a 50 watt halogen bulb so quite a bit of light for this small tank. I think it should be plenty for whatever. Oh and it is also supposed to be in the 6000-6500k light temperature so its daylight or close.
I have eco complete as the substrate.
I am planning on dosing flourish Excel and flourish iron as often as I need to.
But I would like some help on choosing plants and such. I'm thinking a nice foreground plant like HC or Glosso or Dwarf hair grass or something like that. I think I have the light. And I've seen people have luck with these kind of set ups without Co2. But what do you guys think? I was also thinking maybe have Blyxa japonica for a background type plant and if I don't have luck with that one I would try to switch to Dwarf sag. Again what do you guys think?

You could always get some metricide 14 from Amazon. Dilute it 1:1 with distilled water. It's a liquid carbon supplement, so it acts like co2.
