I was feeding my fish today and thought I'd shoot a picture of my 29 gal biocube. All of the plants were collected in the TX hill country steams, the rocks picked up locally too from area creeks. The fish---pet shop :icon_roll
No CO2 so plant selection is limited.
Thanks, I'll try it.
BTW:
4 - Har. Rasboras
3 - Neons
3 - Pristella Tetras
1 - Flying Fox
5 - Ghost Shrimp
1000's of Malasian Trumpet Snails (apparenlty brought from the San Marcos River)
100's of Unknown spps of rams horn (very small from the nueces river)
1 - damselfly nymph
ooo, that damsel fly nymph is a fun critter to warch, but be carefull, they eat small fish and have a very sharp aft end.
looks pretty decent.
the rock is limestone, and will raise your ph, but it doesn't matter a whole lot unless you're trying to lower it.
there are a few other plants that'll live in there w/out co2. it's all about lighting at first.
