I might fill it up later on. The goal is for me to raise money by growing the plants to build a proper stand and get a good filter + co2.
I did find a small chip in the glass under the silicone on the bottom pane. Half the people I talk to say it won't be that big of a deal, the other half are very skeptical. If I do fill it all the way, it would be outside for a week or two before I bring it inside.
Also, I just remembered before I tore down the 75g, I took all the containers out and made it a standard 'dirt-in-tank' tank. I can't remember why, I think I just wanted to have 100+ species as opposed to 15 species that I mass-produce.
What are your guy's thoughts? Do the container method, or just throw some dirt in there? I was hoping to have some fish or shrimp underneath, which would be one of the pros of having containers above the water.
