Beautiful!!! The light-hanging setup makes quite a...statement. Too much, I guess, with the Ray2 right on the tank?

Understood. Was it too much light having it sitting right on the tank rim?

Yes, it was to much lighting. I'm still messing with this tank as I'm trying to find the balance.

Contrast

I think it would look nice if you took out
some of the blyxia in the back and added
some dwarf hair grass.

IMO.

Week 8: Loss 28/30 of the cardinals during the water change. This is a day after losing all the fish. The pink ovalis has been trimmed but still had a lot of side shoots.
