The waiting period is always the worse part :\ make sure you air out the tank atleast 1-2 hours a day, or else you will develop mold... thats what happened under my driftwood, and I think it developed fruit flies o_O it gave me a reason to fill it early though

and cool looking tank btw

So I am probably going to flood the tank in a day or two. My HC is dying and I do not know why.

Since your HC is not doing well I would not add water. It will shock it. Is your substrate is only blasting sand? HC loves calcium sulphate. Perhaps you water is low in calcium. Thus spraying it with a Calcium sulfate etc. (Select Aquatics) solution would help.

well i failed at dry start. so i decided to flood.
i still have some tweaking to do.
i need to add a little more sand and the water fall
effect will seem more full. i also might add some pieces
of rock to the back to make it look more of a "flow" like.
other than that i think it is pretty close to done. now i just
have to wait for the really fine pieces of sand to get pumped
out so they wont be just floating in the water. by the end of
the week my a.reikii mini and s. repens should be here. and
hopefully next week i will order my HC.
let me know your thoughts/ideas/suggestions

also can someone tell my how to post the video here straight
from you tube? i cant seem to find it anywhere
