the Bio House nature aquarium! Update: 1/17/14. Not happy with the 60p!

Supsz!! doing a new journal of my nature aquarium at my new location! Finally got a chance to set up the aquarium and lights. Now just prepping for new iwagumi aquascapes!!

Very slowly working on them since i've been so busy due to work.

But here is the start!!!

Hey PTers! Sorry i've been gone for a while since school started. So busy!!!

I flood the 60P yesterday and here is the picture!


Right now it doesn't look like the HC will grow well on the rocks. But i'm still feeling hopeful! Thanks for coming by~!

That looks amazing. Seiryu stone? Also how are you planning the HC to grow on the rocks. I watched your set-up video and couldn't see any substrate there.

Honestly I do not know how. It's an experiment. Right now the HC are melting, so it really might not work without having a subscrate for the HC

And it's seriyu stone i believe. thanks for the comment!

If you want to try growing plants on the rocks, you may want to consider first laying down some moss as a sort of substrate, and then planting on top of that once it is established.


What kind of fish are those in the 60P?
