Its a Marijuana sticker that I though was cool. its been on the aquarium for 6-7 years now.
I've tried to remove it with no luck, so now i just hide it.

I'm thinking of rescaping this tank. So if anyone has any ideals I would love to hear them.

I have ideals, but that has nothiing to do with scaping
Anyway, your tank looks great. If you want to change, what did you have in mind? Are you still keeping it a low tech? If so, maybe a new hardscape, mosses and keep the Anubias.

lynn, I want to keep it low tech. As for 'What I want', I don't know. With 12" its hard to get a good scape, but a new hardscape would make a big change in the tank. I'll check what unused hardscapes I have around and go from there.
The only ideal I've had is to just pile up all the rocks and driftwood on one side thus leaving the other side for free for .....um......

My 55 is my first planted tank and I will agree with everyone in that it is tough to scape. No depth to work with.

55 Gal, Fluval 305, GE 9325K CF 55x2 (7hrs/day), Coralife T5 56 watts (used in conjunction with the GE 9325's 2hrs/day.), Eco-Complete substrate, EI Dosing, Flourish Excel, 200 watt heater, Pressurized CO2 with Rhinox 2000 diffuser, Coralife Turbo Twist 3X - 9 Watt U.V. Sterilizer on 24/7.

Ditto on the 55g. -argh- I've had mine for yearssssssssss. LOL

I really like the "jungle" look of this tank. I don't mean a bunch of plants thrown in and left to grow wildly. I mean you get the feel that you are deep in a jungle. Very nice!

Love the cat photo! I try to get my Westie to look at my tank, but he's too interested in watching tv.
