So where's your tank(s), you've seen mine, I wanna see yours!!!
My tanks are more jungle than works of arts so I tend not to post many pics lol. Also I just had to move them and had a very short amount of time to do it in. They aren't purdy. Even so my momma asked for a video of my fish yesterday so I took one and I'm uploading it to youtube now give me a bit and I'll post it here.

Oh yeah at 1:13ish you'll see a male cherry shrimp swimming at the camera. That's one shrimp with a big pair of shrimp testicles to come out at feeding time swimming in the middle of the tank!

Besides that the only issues I'm having atm are trying to keep my PH stable. It has been flucutating. I'd rather not having to keep using PH Up.

And my Molapni wood still has some white fuzz growing on it. It was COVERED when the tank cycled originally. Then when I re-scaped I took it out, cleaned it... and the white fuzz it back! Dun, dun dun!!!!

From what I've read it's safe, just unsightly, so hoping that is completely gone within the next week or so.
I remember having white fuzz on my Malaysian driftwood, it never went away and I haven't figured out a way to counter this. Gotta love corydoras. You should grab more if you can, this will make them more active and social. Good start.

Gotta do it if momma asks, lol. And Jungles are pretty... I'm thinking mine will end up that way. If I'm lucky and my plants grow, besides the Dwraf Lily. Man those plants are beasts!

SUPER testicles, lol... coming out at feeding time.
I'd love to watch it, as of now it's marked private.

@ I3raven - My molopani is almost clear of it. Thankfully..
I'd love to get another cory or two though I think I'm about maxed out on Fauna in that tank. Least according to that aquaadvisor site. You think adding 2 more would effect things much?
I do a 15-20% water change weekly.

I love your tank... period! It's so lush & lively! I really enjoyed your gourami's and loved the loaches.

Do your gouramis ever mess with your shrimp? I was wanting to eventually get either some Honey's or Chocolates. I know chocolates are harder to keep.. but gah soooooo pretty.

Thanks for sharing as well

They hunted down most of them, even taunted me by leaving the head of one drifting about on the sand! No body just a lil itty bitty shrimp head with big sad eyes saying "YOU DID THIS TO ME!" lol. That is why I said the male swimming in open water had huge ones!

My betta left me the same present one day, lol.

He had ghost shrimp buddies, who he left alone. So figured, why not try a cherry shrimp, theyre prettier after all. It lasted a few hours, and went back to check on em and like you, all I found was the head, rolling around the substrate in the current.

I guess the heads don't taste as good? lol

Oh I got some plants in today, shoulda snapped pics and updated this journal, huh? I'll try to tomorrow. Though I have a busy day, it's my sis's birthday and Columbus is having it's Pride festival this weekend. So I'm going to go & show my support, should be fun.

After all that, if I have any energy left, I'll snap pics.

Your tanks look fantastic, they are really inspiring! I love the fish/shrimp, I have 2 Juliis also, and I love those Scarlet Badis.

Is the whitish fish in the last picture a Scarlet Badis too? Thank you.

Thanks so much redsea <3

The corys are a blast to watch, aren't they? As are the Badis.
Yep. A "Beta" male scarlet badis. I was hoping, wishing it was a girl, but some of the red is starting to appear in the finnages again. Regardless, that one is my favorite. We play peek-a-boo, hehe.

I didn't have time/energy to take and pics of the new plants I got in from a member here Friday. Pride Festival wore me out, OMG sooooo hot today. Had a blast though, & it was my sis's birthday, so we celebrated that as well. A very full day

Pics & better update tomorrow guys.

Update
The coolest thing I have to share today is a lil sparring match I caught going on between two of my badis. Not the best vid, but hey... my pics aren't either, lol. Doing what I can using my S3.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMrgk...ature=youtu.be

Quick overall view of the tank, I had to replant some of the Crypt this morning. Think my mystery snail might be too heavy for them. I would love to keep him in the tank, so I'll wait, watch & see. Hopefully it just stays planted, lol

From the top, cos I like how it looks.

Pics of the new plants I added in. I think the 1st pic is Wysteria & the 2nd is Rotala rotundifolia.

Random tank pics...

Yes, yes I was, Thanks Sake. Hehe
Oh you're right, thanks. I just kinda guessed, lol. Apprecuate the help!

Live & learn Charrr, that's all we can do. Thanks so much for the compliment on my tank. It's no where near what I had invisioned when I started, but it's not a total mess either... so guess I'm ok with it for now. Part of me still wants to start it all over. Not crazy about the Fluval Stratum, hard to keep plants in, & hate my chunk of wood. I guess that's what I get for buying a "small molopani" off line instead of taking the time to buy s WYSISWYG piece elsewhere.
