I get the hestitation on the stand. I didn't think/remember how important it is to have a nice place to tuck your supplies away to. My current stand doesn't have this and I keep finding dog hair on all my stuff each time I have to do maintence or what not, so irratating. Yes I love my fluffy boys, I can deal with a lil dog hair on myself time to time, but not in my fish tank!!! lol Though I didn't thinkt hat through either, have open top tanks.

How long has it been since the last email? I'm really hoping you aren't getting ripped off on top of everything else.

O.o can't wait to see the new plants in there!
Thank YOU for sharing your loverly tanks <3

I was thinking as an alternative to a cabinet, I might find a cute retro style trunk/case to put my stuff in, and place it on the bottom shelf. That might look ok, and you would only see the pump, or it might even fit behind it if it was narrow enough..say 12". The width of this is 14". It's been two days without a reply, and as I said he was spot on replying each time I spoke with him, up until I realized he had no clue what happened to my fish.
Thanks again!

New pics of the 5 gal

I am presently not real happy with the look of the 2.5 gal. The heater is really big and obtrusive. Trying to figure a way to hide it. I am also still trying to find a look/plants that are appropriate for it. I am not there yet.

Here is what I came up with so far..sorry it is still cloudy from messing around with it. I am thinking of dropping a sponge filter in the corner, we'll see.

Update pics of the new tank
I did add a small sponge filter
{the little piece of foil is there to prevent the water 'popping' at the surface, until I can come up with a better solution}
