Very beautiful. The vintage look is outstanding. Adding the bettas will be the cherry on top.

I wonder if I take a little Old English if it would cover the missing veneer?

There has been some kind of mix up with the black and white fish I purchased off AB. On June 9th I had received a message from the seller saying he still had the fish in Thailand.I was informed yesterday the fish was sent on June 6th to a totally different transhipper. That transhipper has now told me they do not have him, and have not received a shipment since last month. I have no idea where the fish is.
So I bought this black orchid crowntail at a local shop that just opened a couple months ago yesterday.
He is really tough to get a good pic of, as he is so dark black with blue highlights.

I held the light sideways at the tank and he looks blue

I will still be getting the blue and red fish.

I got four of these

I got four buces, and some different plants

A lot of the baby tears have melted. They probably came from a high end system. But some are hanging in there.

He's beautiful. The tank is coming together nicely. I'm enjoying the retro look with the mermaid. Very different than most of tanks here.

I feel so bad for the poor fish lost in transit. Poor thing.

Thanks so much! I think that's why I do not get many replies, but it's ok. I never did like going with the flow.

I think your tank is refreshing. Many of the tanks on the forum all look the same.

LO-V-E that stand, get it!!!! It'd fit the look of the tanks perfectly.
Really neat tanks, loving the metal framing, and the mermaid.... gah, such a perfect lil detail for the tank.

Also loving it being a riparium! I'm going to have to try my hand at one of those some day.. *nods*

Also your Black Orchid betta is stunning! And you got em from a LSF, score! Sorry about the guy lost in shipping That's terrible. I really hope that doesn't happen often.

Oh and can't wait to see your other boy, once he arrives!

Hello ! The price of the table isn't bad. I might just get it. The only thing holding me back, is with my current stand I have all the storage space to hide the air pump, fish food, supplies, etc. Most of the ones I find with a cabinet in an entry table, are too long or too expensive. This one is nearly the same size as my current stand, + two more inches in depth.
I am pretty peeved about the whole mess with the betta. The seller was sending e-mails right back at me, until I demanded a refund. Looks like I may have gotten ripped off on top of everything...
I just ordered a C. Nurii, some flame moss and mini pellia. I have been waiting extra long for a missed shipment of root tabs, so the p. erectus is not doing so well. Thanks for the comments.
