Trying this again

After many years of being away from the hobby, I'm giving this a try again. First time was not very successful, but after finding this site and reading for hours on end, I'm hoping to have some success. Have some anubias, crypts, a sword, stem plats and frogbit. Trying the MGOPS capped with flourite.

So it has been about a month and a half since an update and as you see everything is doing great. The water lily has bloomed with the beautiful red leaves. I have trimmed some things back and removed the moneywort. All else is great.
PH 6.6
0 ammonia and nitrites
5-10 ppm nitrates
Been dosing equilibrium, mono potassium phosphate and potassium nitrate once a month of each. Occasionally I'll dose flourish, but not much.

About 2 months in now. Things have been trimmed, replanted, moved, etc. Still looks healthy. Added 5 rummynose tetras. 1 decided to jump out. So down to 4 white cloud minnows, 4 rummynose tetras, 1 betta, 3 Otos, 7-8 ghost shrimp and some nerite and ramshorn snails.
