I have that "fuzz" on mine too, being it is only my first planted tank any idea how long till it clears up
It will eventually clear up on its own after a few weeks. Your fish, shrimp, snails will also clear it out too. If you want it gone now, you could always yank the driftwood, give it a good scrub w/ a toothbrush, and put it back in the tank. I prefer to just let it be and allow it to disappear naturally on its own as the tank matures.
Thanks! The substrate is a mixture of black fluorite, dark fluorite, and generic pea gravel. I was a little leery of mixing in the pea gravel, but am now glad that I decided to take the plunge. It gives the overall substrate look a nice contrast with the darker fluorite.
What would you add to my fauna stocklist? I was thinking a school of cherry barbs for the middle water column. Also debating a second school for the top of the water column. Either clown killis or microdevario kubotai. CANT DECIDE!!!Looking for opinions!
