29g been too long

I had a 20g in california, moved to arkansas left the old tank to my brothers who parted it out and sold it after 2 years. I started up a 10g in arkansas that lasted 6months and got orders out to WA. After 2yr here I couldnt resist. 70$ for two tanks 29ga stand and fluval 305 filter.
Now im just going crazy with tanks. I setup a few tanks here but never commited got rid of the bigger tanks and decided to stay 40b and under. Right now i have a 29g and aqueon evolve 4. Looking either to start a 12g long or 20l. Anyways back to the 29g.
First day of good param and wife got a betta.

Messing with the scape.

Plants in and temporary mondo grass.

My obsession wih good beer and planted tank. How a view on how my lights hung.

Nice setup.

How are you going to keep the white separate from the black substrate?
