This is a beautiful tank, I have some serious jealousy over that crypt! It's beautiful, i know what i just added to my wish list. Also very inspiring for a 10 gallon, next time I re-scape I will definately be looking at this to do.

I'm so digging this tank, its like my tank had a long lost cousin and used rocks instead of wood. Awesome loaches too!

Thanks a lot, I got it from the original guy who cloned it years ago. I see it pop up on TPT, actually I just seen it last week. My favorite all around crypt that I have had. For this tank and others I have done, half and half (or so) hardscape to plantwork seem to balance out nicely.

Thanks very much! You should do it, rescapes are always fun, and just a little hardscape goes a long way in such a small space!

Okay well it has been a while since I've taken pix of this tank, so decided to do some compare and contrast. The tank still is running well though it is in need of some different substrate. I am surprised at how long I have had this thing up and running. Added a lg amano shrimp, and some pygmy Cory cays, and a couple of plans from my other tank I shut down. Anyways here's some pix:

And this is my other nano tank that I have, it's a Mr aqua 7.5gal reef.

Thanks for checking this out!

really love this tank, it has such a lush and natural feel to it. the plants look extremely healthy as well.

your tank has actually inspired me to try something similar with a spare 10 gallon i have sitting around, though i doubt the results with be comparable ...
