55 gallon/500 watts

one week grow out under metal halide.

under t5ho


three days in

switched to metal halide on the cheap











works good

once thats full sell the new cuttings with that setup ul make a fortune haha

Your co2 levels must be really high to keep lighting that high

Ooof! I can't imagine the work that would go into a long term tank like that, you'd have to trim something every other day!! Not for me, but looks great

the tank water tastes like sprite haha

I am running a single reactor wide open @ 2 bar (~30psi)... bb/s is more like bb/mS..

this started as an experiment...

it's literally more stable with 500 watts above it than 216... which is kinda weird with a jump of 6 wp/g. I don't want to mess with it now...

a 5# last about 2 months... its in rotation... saying that I haven't really taken the sun being over the tank into account.

funny when l. aromatic gets under intense light it takes on a purple ish tinge.

and eats. A LOT. of nitrogen... I double does that macro

Well, how long you have this setup? I don't know. I just don't see it is sustainable with this much light.
