20 gallon high planted tank. The Killie Canopy. Updated 1/10/13

So here is my current setup, I just upgraded from a 15ish gallon planted tank. I've got a 48watt t5ho fixture, fluval 305 filter with glass lily pipes and am currently dosing with excel. My wife has kind of taken over the fish selection so its mostly schooling/shoaling fish. Its fully cycled but has only had fish and plants for 2 weeks.

With guppies, it's not a possibility, it's a guarantee lol. That betta will keep them in check though.

Very nice! It's surprising that you're not having any algae problems with that much light and no CO2.

I thought those little fish up at the top were lampeye killifish lol.

Tank: 20 gallons, 62 watts t5, DIY CO2

Unemployed, poor, and still living off the parents.

Thanks! So far no alge problems, I am dosing excel so maybe that helps. No gup
pies in there but good call on the lampeye killies. Besides that I've got cardinal tetras, glowlight danions, dwarf spotted rasboras, dwarf cory cats, an australian desert goby and a betta.

I've made a couple changes. I'm running an inline heater now and I pulled one of my bulbs so only 24 watts now.

Also here's a pic of one of my Australian desert goby.

It's a red tiger lotus, the longer leaves have fallen out in the latest pictures.

Updated with some new pics. Stocking is pretty much the same. Added some clown killies, that is about it.

Very Clean looking tank! Plants look very healthy too!

Fish selection is great too! I like the diversity of them. Gobie is very cool! I would like to have some, but never can find any around here! Maybe in Dallas or Austin, but gas is TOOOO HIGH to drive 2+ hours for a fish trip now!

Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Ok so made a couple changes to the hardscape. I should have pressurized co2 by the end of the month, which should help quite a bit.

Well here is where this thing is at right now. After looking at the older pics it is probably not my favorite setup but oh well.
