Really? Thanks, I was hoping I wouldn't embarass myself...

How many shrimps can I keep in it? I have about 20 now, and thinking of getting 2 more, 1 Rili and 2 snowballs.

I'm currently cycling another extra 1.5g tank. Might move some young ones there in a weeks time, provided my Rili's eggs can hatch successfully.

Bad idea. The snowballs and cherries will interbreed with each other. Not sure about the Rilis though. But either way, the babies will just be brown ugly things.

Oh, I didn't know they would be brown and ugly. I thought they may have some traits from each parent. Thanks.

Rilis will definitely interbreed with RCS as they are the EXACT same species.

I do not know about that. You will end up loosing the Rili trait however.

If you cross RCS with Yellows or other color variants, you will get wild types.

Lols, ok, I will move my Rilis over once I'm done with my 1.5 gallon tank cycling.

And you do have a wild type RCS in the last picture... Also is there a possibility that the rili was berried by an RCS?

Thanks...I like to have many hiding places for my shrimps and babies...doesn't matter if it affects my viewing pleasure...
But I will still have to do some tyding up on the spiky mosses later...

No, they were not crossed by my Rilis and RCS.

I moved my Wilds to another 1.5g spare tank below, I've only cycled for 2 days, but half the tank water is from my main tank and the plants are all cycled, I've conditioned the water and added BT-9, let's see if my Wilds can live up to their reputation of being hardy....lols.

I don't know what's the outcome of Rilis + RCS, maybe I will see if they will breed or not...My LFS said he had not tried it yet too. as Rilis are still pretty new in the market...

Just a 15watt light tube.
I used LED lights initially, but they didn't do too well for the plants, so I had it changed to 15w.
