Update!!!!! (Happy Regenesis )

Got my driftwood a week ago but I was grounded and couldn't use the computer until today so here it goes!

I will buy my plants tomorrow online! My driftwood has been boiled and is soaking right now! Also, I'm in a cast for three weeks (fractured my wrist)
So, I put the DW in the tank for pics
Here there are:

Here are pics for size comparason

(blocked the names for privacy)

I also got a timer for my light:

Also, right after I put the DW, one ghost shrimp died, so I took the DW out, boiled it again and soaking it to remove tannins before putting it in the tank this time!
Thanks for any replies/comments

i like that you're what... 13 or so and you're putting (56k) in your thread title and you've probably got no idea with it means or at the very least have had no experience with it lol

I like the little tank though. tannins and dead shrimp probably don't have anything in common though

From what I've read 56K means lots of pics (correct me if I'm wrong)
Thats what I thought about the tannins but no others have died since so!!

lookin good so far, nice little light you got there. Dunno if they've dropped their eggs or not yet, but no worries about the ghosties breeding in there, as I understand they require a kind of back and forth from fresh to brackish to pop them eggs. Though I thought for sure I saw a baby ghost shrimp (which didn't last long) in one of my tanks a couple years ago. Anyways, lookin forward to seein it grow when you get your plants.

And 56k refers to old dial-up modems, which were extremely slow means of exploring the internet. I was stuck with a 28k connection for a while!

Alright guys, I've abandonned this thread for a couple months, but, I'm back!! I got my plants but the java fern died so now I only have Anubias Petite and a moss ball. I also put some plastic plants in the back until I get new ones... I'm uploading pics right now, so it shouldn't take long!!!

I also built a surround for the aquarium that I can open to feed and clean the tank!!

Right now, I have 3 bumblebee gobies and one snail... I think my water is slightly brackish since I got the sand from the beach (Florida) and there might be some salt in the water... I plan on getting more BBG!! There so cool to watch when they chase each other around and stuff

Anyways, will post pics in a couple minutes..
