And if im going to add magnesium will magnesium sulfate work (MgS04 or MnSO4)?

begin with just adding potassium sulphate (K2SO4) and magnesium sulphate(MGSO4). MnSO4 is Manganese, don't worry about this one.
the problem with hard water is that it makes it harder for the plant to uptake the nutrients, adding Mg and K+ will help increase the uptake of overall nutrients. if you want you can skip the Iron dosing for now and see how these two element works.

if you know your water parameter, please do share everything you know about it. too much sulfur can be bad thing too.

What about phosphate should I just forget about that for now or just buy some when I buy my other stuff and just dose with potassium sulphate and magnesium sulphate for then and see what it does and if I need to add phosphate?

And my only parameters I have are nitrite 0, nitrate 20, ammonia 0
I dont have a very advanced testing kit

yeh since you are ordering the fert, you should also order the phosphate, dose the things i have suggested first and see how the plant respond, if you see no response in week or two then you can try Phosphate, but adding in tiny amount wont hurt anything.

you should order the complete package of fert, you might use it sooner or later, i can suggest you one seller who will ship you all the things you need and at better price as well.
