Just curious if anyone has tried the aquavitro line of fertilizers from Seachem? Looks interesting, but the lack of online purchase options and the fact that buying the entire line would be well over $100 is kind of a limiting factor.

picked up envy and propel from my local shop, as they were running a very nice sale. I didn't go for the whole line, as I still have a lot of the other Flourish line left. I will update after a few months.

Re: Aquavitro?

I won the full line at a local show. I like them. Propel, and Envy are fantastic.

I've been using Mineralize in place of Equilibrium. Seems to work fine so far.

i like the propel its got alot 3 types of iron, where as most others only have one type. beyond that i don't notice anything spectacular about it. and to be honest i am suprised that having this freshwater version out for close to a year now there are not more reviews of the product.

I was going to purchase the line but then realized there are like 50 bottles of things you need to get instead of just a Macro/Micro that I'm currently using. Not only that but it seems confusing since there are so many different liquids you are adding. If you get some type of algae bloom, it will be tougher to get to the root problem since you are adding so many inputs. I've been growing plants using EI solutions since 2005 and it's been going issues here. :-)

Does anyone have experience using the aquavitro line in full that can answer few ?'s

Why does Potassium seem to be missing?

They have:
Activate - phosphorus
Synthesis - nitrogen

Is there potassium in one of those 2 bottles?

Also the "Just another nutrient calculator"...

Is this a reliable calculator? I'm on my way to LFS now to get aquavitro line, but am a little confused why potassium, at first glance anyways, seems to be missing from the equation. Thx

Never mind, just purchased, the potassium is in the Activate/phosphorus bottle.

I will start dosing strictly aquavitro line starting tomorrow, 2/16/15, so if you're reading this and have any questions about trying it, I subscribed to thread so ask away and I'll give my best opinion.
