Good iron sources for root feeders?

What are some good iron sources for root feeding plants? Looking for under substrate methods.

Multiple planted tanks 1.75g to 55g.

I like to use natural red clay with even more chelated iron mixed in. Works pretty well. Can add dry ferts or osmocote plus to your mixture as needed.

I have red clay and dry ferts. Dry Fe is on the way. Should I make clay ball ferts?
