Hey everyone! So I've made a few posts on here seeking help with my new 10 gallon tank plans. I've been converted over to wanting to try dry ferts as they seem to be the best option for the money. Because of that I've decided to go with aquariumfertilizers' micro macro mix but I'm not entirely sure if this is the best choice, I won't be making any purchases for a few months but I want to get everything out the way.
Here's what I'll be using it for:
-Hygro siamensis
-Small swords
-Baby tears
-Creeping charlie
- dwarf lily
- anubias Nana narrow leaf
( maybe some more plants would love some suggestions!)
I plan to have a good amount of each of the plants.
The lighting will just be two 13 watt 6500k cfls, I'll only be using excel for co2 and I have a choice between either eco complete or sand with diy root tabs and for the sake of money I think I'll go with the latter.
If I do decide to use this fertilizer I'll be following the instructions on their website, have any of you had experience with this? I was interested in the pps pro but I dont think I could keep up with the recommended schedule.
So what do you think? I'm open to suggestions and if you have any questions feel free to ask!
PS: the only bioload I plan to put in this tank is a betta and maybe some snails so nothing to heavy.
