Help for noob dosing

I have a 120 ltr tank which I would like to start dosing with Doff sequestered iron plant tonic and potassium nitrate. If I made up a mix in a 2ltr bottle what amount of each powder would I need? The iron comes in 15g pack, the back of the Doff sequestered iron plant tonic reads:
Fertiliser declaration
Magnesium 10.0% (6.0Mg)
Iron 2.00%
Manganese 3.00%

The potassium nitrate reads:
Food grade 99.9%

Also:
Will the mix last forever?
Can accidentally I overdose and hurt my fishies?

I have looked at a few dosing guides but I may as well be reading Chinese.

im a newb when it comes to those numbers. my technique is to look at the plant's colors. When the green starts to lose their darker green and turns light green = low fertz. Rich dark green + quicker algae growth on glass = high fertz. I try to dose somewhere in between. I never measure, just squirt/pour in tank.

I have decided to dry dose, got this info for the potassium nitrate:

To reach your target of 7.5ppm NO3 you will need to add 1.47 grams (equivalent to 1/4 tsp + 1/32 tsp ) KNO3 to your 120L aquarium to yield:
Element ppm/degree
NO3 7.5
N 1.69
K 4.73
Dose these levels 2-4 times a week for EI. Classic EI depends on good CO2, good circulation, and regular water changes. Light past moderation is not so important.

Still can't find the right info for my Doff sequestered iron plant tonic
