Eclipse 12

The Eclipse system has a 13w light that is not best suited for plants. f you like one can by a 6500k replacemnt light, still only 13w.

With 1wpg, gloss and riccia will not work. I have grwon crypts, echinodorus teneluus and java fern in this set up. Growth will be VERY slow. A good substrate is essential. Lighting 12hrs/day

My brother has one of these set up and is growing water sprite, hornwort, ludwigia repens, crypt. wendtii, crypt. balansae, anubias congensis, java fern, and a tiger lotus just fine with the stock lighting it came with.

As long as you pick your plants carefully, there's no reason you couldn't grow things in there... though, no, I can't imagine glosso would do well.
