I know this isnt exactly a low tech question, bet hey you guys are cool. Im going to start a nano planted tank and im also looking to get experience with PC's so whats a good cheap PC system, or build my own

Incidentally, why was it that none of all the pious ever discovered psycho-analysis? Why did it have to wait for a completely godless Jew?

In a Planted Tank forum, wouldn't PC be taken to mean Power Compact (as in lighting) ?

If that's the case, for Nano sized tanks many of us just use Ott lights

I'm using 2 of these over my ADA Mini-M (5.5 gal)

wow, lot of posts, yes sorry i should have said power compact lighting, thought thats what you would all think first.
And as much as researching myself can help, we learn from asking.

hahaha, power compact is a lot different from what i listed!

well one thing i know about pc bulbs is that you inherently lose some of the power the bulb generates, has to do with the loop or something this is why i went with T5 HO or whatever it is.

i use spiral cfcs for nanos you can build your own hood that way and just buy a bulb at home depot for cheap.
