Fluval Mini 13w PCL on 3g long Mr Aqua

Hi All,

I have a fluval mini 13w lying around from a year or two ago and i was thinking about putting it on my 3g long Mr Aqua.

I'm trying to set this tank up as a shrimp tank and would like to avoid pressurized co2. trying to keep the tank as low tech as possible.

If I have to, the most I would like to do is dose very small amounts of excel.

Even though i've owned this light for a while, I don't have much experience with it.

Does anyone have some insight as far as where this light would put me (low/high light)?

tank dimensions: 18" x 5.5" x 7.1"

My guess is after adding substrate, the light will be about 8in from the substrate give or take.
