will this put me at high light?

will a single 18 watt t5ho bulb put me at high light with aluminum reflectors in a 12" tall tank?
not the plant master is offline

6400k and its actually 24 watt.

is that good enough to turn the tips of my rotala pink?

Not enough information for that. Getting red pigments to show are a combination of PAR and spectrum of light used. If it's a basic 6400K bulb I doubt it has any spectrum in the red range.

It might turn pink at the very top of the tank closest to the light.
