Evolve 8 gallon lighting question

I bought a 8 gallon evolve 8 gallon tank which is 12 x 12 x 9. I am wanting my tank mostly to host Dwarf Baby Tears. I will be running Co2 and need to know about how many watts of LED I need to keep them happy. I was looking at the Finnex Ray 2 12 inch which is 9w. I was thinking that probably would not be enough to keep them alive but I am a total NEWB to planted tanks. I was also looking at the 18w Beamswork 6500k LED setup also. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would go with the beamswork in this case. I had a 15w diy led light on my evolve 8 gallon and I got dwarf hairgrass to grow super quick. I'm pretty sure 18 watts would work for you
