By reds do you mean red plants? I do not have any red plants. Most of my tank is planted in a variety of crypts on the ends and back of the tank, a few vals and anubias nana and java fern on the drift wood. I think my tank would fall under the heavily planted category. Nothing grows very fast because there is so little light. The plants do grow in pretty thick but it takes a while.
Okay, I guess the next question would be, do you ever want to be able to grow plants that need the red spectrum?
You also have low light plants it sounds like for the most part, and most low light plants aren't the fastest of growers.
Ultimately it sounds like you have a decision to make then, what you have now, sure, low lights are fairly easy to get growing. What do you want this/these light(s) to be able to do in the future is the question.
You can go low tech, medium effort(maintenance) with root tabs, regular water column ferts, liquid CO2 AND medium light as I do.
I'll stick with my assessment, if you can get only 1 light, get the ray2 if you don't ever plan on having reds.
If you want to be able to do upper medium and do reds, then get two planted+ (you don't have to have them touching each other), if you want a bit lower, you can get a fugeray, and a planted+, the planted+ will give you some reds that should be enough to get by.
