90 gal, which light? bare bottom anchored plants

I have a 90 gallon (48.5" x 18.5"x25 3/8") bare bottom Ryukin goldfish tank. I want to have some marimo moss balls, java fern on rocks and anubias on either rocks or wood. Maybe also some onion plants or jungle vals planted with fluval stratum in glass vases.

I really like the lunar/moonlight effect for evenings so I have been looking at LED lights but I'm not sure they can get down 25" to the bottom of the tank.

I have also thought about T5HO lights with either a blue led light strip or blue LED bubble wall in the back for the lunar effect.

Any suggestions on lights that will work for me? And will any of the LED lights work for my chosen plants and tank depth?
