How high to hang Hagen GLO T5HO system on 10G tank

The title says it. 10 gallon tank with HC and glosso. If the height of the tank is 10 inches from the plants to the surface ( 2 inch of substrate ) how high from the surface of the tank should I hang 2x24'' T5HO with Hagen Glo T5HO so I can have around 50 PAR on the bottom. Also is 50 PAR enough for these plants assuming I have enough CO2 and nutrients. Thanks

I have the same fixture but 36" mounted over 12g long: using the 2 top notches on the mounting legs results in high light. I had no light issues with HC.

I guess I will get around to measuring PAR there in couple of days.

If you hang that light about 16" from the substrate you should get about 50 PAR. You would need to use a PAR meter to be sure.
