Holiday Lighting advice

Just as i seem to be making progress on the algae issues (more Co2) i have to go away for 4 days so wont be able to dose my ferts and excel

I was thinking i would leave the CO2 running and leave the lights off completely, it will still get some indirect daylight but not enough to grow any plants.

Im worried this is going to set back all my recent progress and it wont help my carpet which just seems to be just about getting going.

Does anyone have any advice on how to aproach this please?

4 days without fertilization should be fine. You can cut back on your lighting a little bit if you are worried.

Just make sure you dose the day you leave, and when you come back.

Also, if you are injecting CO2, there is really no need for Excel.

Thanks for the advice, I will reduce the lights by a couple of hours as you suggest / ferts before leaving. The only reason i continue with the excel is to help with the algae, seems to help a little.
