Finnex Fugeray or Finnex Ray II for 5.5 gallon?

Hey guys, I have a 5.5 gallon tank with about a 2" substrate level. I'm trying to decide between getting the finnex fugeray 16" or the finnex fugeray II 16". I was looking at the par data for the fugeray II and it says 130 par wouldn't that be very high light for a 5.5 gallon tank? I would have the lights sitting directly over the water. I currently have wisteria, jungle val, itlian val, microsword, and java fern in the tank. Finally, if I were to get any of the two lights would I need to place a glass cover between the light and water? Thanks in advance.

Ray II will cause an algae farm ina tank that size. I use a fugue fwiw. Glass would be for safety and jumpers

that is extremely high light for that tank. for a low tech setup aim for a 50ish par at the substrate level.

I have the Fugeray on the exact same size tank. Works like a charm on my Blyxa.
