Replacing reef bulbs with bulbs for FW, what should I get?

I bought a 150 gal tank off of CL and the PO had two-bulb T-5 fixtures with a daylight and an actinic bulb in each side. Can you recommend a good mix of bulbs for a planted freshwater tank? Should I just put two daylight bulbs on each side? In addition to promoting good plant growth, I want my fish to show nicely as well. The turquoise rainbows look amazing under the actinics!

I use two coralife t-5 6700k 24 watt daylight blubs for years and works pretty well. I just replaced them on one of my tanks because they were a year old. They start losing their efficiency after being a year old.

Aquaflora and Midday Sun are also nice.

I use ZooMed Ultra Sun. The fish's color is good, and the plants do really well under them.

What about a combination of a 6500k bulb and a 5000k bulb?

The 5000K might give you a yellowish light. If you like the way it looks then use them. They will grow plants!! I use 6700K, with one 10,000K to whiten up the tank a little.
