Lightbulb Which Finnex LED for JBJ Picotope?

Looking to replace the 9W 6700K compact flourescent that came with my JBJ picotope with a Finnex LED fixture.

Stats are:

Flourite Black Sand Substrate
Stock filter (40gph)
Low light plants (Anubias, Crypts, Java ferns, Mosses)
~100 CRS

NO CO2, occasional Flourish doses when I remember.

The tank is 8" deep with about 1.5" of substrate.

Which of these two Finnex LED fixtures would you use on this tank to keep it in the low-medium light category and at its current maintenance level?

FugeRay 10"

The FugeRAY-R would allow me to adjust the light up and down, but I like the slick look of the 10" FugeRay.

Any opinions?

Boils down to preference. They both server the same purpose so you should think about if you want the style over the other.

I own a Fugeray.
