CFL Lighting for 29 Gallon Tank

Hello. I am starting my first planted tank. It will be dirted. I want to have moderate lighting. High lighting is ideal though. I want to build this, It will be 100 watts which using watts per gallon avarges out to 3 watts per gallon, which barley high lighting. I cannot spend much, so that grow light good for my tank?

13 watts of CFL lighting is the same as 60 watts incandescent, if your going to use CFL lights for a 29 gallon all you really need is two 13w daylight 6500k bubls, my thread right below yours has the lights/info you need. Look more for PAR then watts/gallon

I will be using 5000K (cannot find 6500K) that are 23 watts. 2 of those would be enough but if I have the chance I want to use extra. These are the exact light bulbs I will be using I also have a LED strip that I will try to connect to it from the fixture that it came with. That fixture is though only 20 watt t-8 strip.
