Light flickers on and off ?

My flourecent light flickers on and off when i trun it on after about 3-5min it stays the way it should. Does this mean that i have to change the bulb or is it a problem with the blast?

I guess you have a magnetic ballat with a starter. You might need a new starter. I don't think it is the bulb, does the bulb look dim with large black areas at the ends?

Truvu 100g Flourite, wet/dry, AHSupply 302w PC, PinPoint controller
10gallon15w T6+15w T8
55gallon40w T6 ODNO4x, no CO2. Discus grow out.
10gallon Tonina tank, 2x15w T6 ODNO 4x

I will do aquascapes after I collect all the plant species and grow them to perfection.

The light looks like a dim yellow and on the bulb it self there is a black line about 1/4 in thick at both ends all though they were not there when i bought it. Kind of looks like i burnd them on if that helps. Thanks for the replies.
