LED Retrofit Kit?

What do you think about this light for growing plants in a 29g? I would probably get all cool white leds. I'm trying to grow a carpet. I'm not sure how to even piece a kit together.

I run twenty four LED emitters over my 75g. Plant growth is excellent.
I recommend a mix of warm white and white.

This kit is more complete.
